Restore Partner Pro, LLC (“RPP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at www.restorepartnerpro.com, related websites, applications, online tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”). RPP is a Texas limited liability company.
This Privacy Policy explains how RPP collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information in connection with the Services.
1. Who We Are and Scope of This Policy
RPP operates a business-to-business referral marketplace platform that connects:
- Restoration companies providing water, fire, mold, asbestos, biohazard, lead-remediation, and related services (“Restoration Companies” or “Service Providers”);
- Plumbers, HVAC professionals, and other tradespeople and businesses that submit or refer property-damage opportunities (“Referrers”); and
- Homeowners, property owners, occupants, and other individuals referred for restoration services (“Consumers”).
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- Restoration Companies and their representatives;
- Referrers and their representatives;
- Consumers whose information is submitted through the Services;
- Visitors to the RPP website; and
- Other individuals whose information is collected or processed through the Services.
This Privacy Policy does not necessarily apply to information collected directly by a Restoration Company, Referrer, payment processor, or other third party outside the Services. Those parties may maintain separate privacy policies governing their own handling of personal information.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Services or submit personal information through them.
2. RPP’s Role
RPP may act in different capacities depending on the information and activity involved.

RPP may act as a service provider or processor for a Restoration Company when RPP processes Consumer information submitted by or on behalf of that Restoration Company.
For example, a Referrer may submit a Consumer’s information through the Services so that RPP can transmit or facilitate the referral to a Restoration Company. In those circumstances, the Restoration Company may be the business or controller responsible for determining how the Consumer’s information is used after the referral.
If RPP is processing information solely on behalf of a Restoration Company, a Consumer may need to contact that Restoration Company directly to exercise certain privacy rights. RPP will provide reasonable assistance to the Restoration Company and will process rights requests as required by applicable law and contractual obligations.

6. How We Disclose Personal Information
RPP may disclose personal information in the following circumstances.
6.1 Restoration Companies
RPP may share submitted referral information with the Restoration Company selected by the Referrer, assigned through the Services, or otherwise identified as the intended recipient of the referral.
The Restoration Company may use the information to contact the Consumer, evaluate the requested services, provide estimates, perform restoration work, communicate about the referral, and manage its relationship with the Consumer.
The Restoration Company’s handling of information after receipt may be governed by the Restoration Company’s own privacy notice and legal obligations.
6.2 Referrers
RPP may share appropriate information with Referrers to:
- Confirm referral status;
- Provide information about whether a referral was accepted, rejected, or otherwise processed;
- Calculate and process referral payments;
- Provide payout statements; and
- Administer the Referrer’s account.
RPP will not disclose more Consumer information than reasonably necessary for these purposes.
6.3 Service Providers and Vendors
RPP may disclose information to vendors and service providers that help operate the Services, including providers of:

- Enforce an agreement or policy;
- Investigate suspected fraud or unlawful activity;
- Protect the safety, rights, or property of RPP or another person;
- Prevent physical harm or financial loss; or
- Respond to an emergency.
6.7 With Your Consent
RPP may disclose information for another purpose with your consent or at your direction.
6.8 No Sale or Targeted Advertising
RPP does not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.
RPP does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. RPP does not permit third parties to use personal information obtained through the Services for targeted advertising.
7. Cookies, Analytics, and Global Privacy Control
RPP and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, software development kits, log files, local storage, and similar technologies to:
- Operate and secure the Services;
- Keep users signed in;
- Remember preferences;
- Understand how users interact with the Services;
- Measure performance;
- Troubleshoot errors;
- Improve functionality; and
- Produce aggregated analytics.
RPP uses third-party analytics only (for example, Google Analytics) to help understand how users interact with the Services and to improve performance and functionality. RPP does not serve interest-based or targeted advertising, does not permit third parties to use personal information for targeted advertising, and does not sell personal information. The only third-party scripts used on the RPP website are analytics scripts. Links to RPP’s own social media pages are plain hyperlinks and do not transmit personal information or load third-party advertising or tracking code.
These analytics providers may collect information about interactions with the Services in accordance with their own privacy policies and contractual arrangements.
For information about how Google uses information from websites and applications that use its services, visit:
https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
You may opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on, available at:
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/
You may also control cookies through browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of portions of the Services.
RPP honors the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal and other universal opt-out mechanisms recognized under applicable law. GPC is a browser-level signal that a visitor’s browser sends automatically with every request to the website, in the form of the “Sec-GPC: 1” HTTP header, and may also be detected client-side through the browser’s global privacy control property. No registration, account setting, or other action by the individual is required—the signal is transmitted automatically by the browser.
RPP does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising, and the only third-party scripts used on the RPP website are analytics scripts. When RPP detects the GPC signal (or another applicable universal opt-out mechanism), RPP automatically treats the visitor as having opted out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of any cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising, and suppresses the corresponding data sharing and tracking for that session, without requiring the individual to take any further action. RPP maintains a published notice of its support for the GPC specification at its .well-known/gpc.json location.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable legal exceptions, you may have rights regarding your personal information.
These rights may include:
- The right to know whether RPP processes your personal information;
- The right to access or obtain a copy of personal information;
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information;
- The right to delete personal information;
- The right to obtain personal information in a portable format;
- The right to opt out of the sale of personal information;
- The right to opt out of targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising;
- The right to opt out of certain profiling or automated decision-making;
- The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information where applicable;
- The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights; and
- The right to appeal a denial of a privacy request.
These rights are not absolute and may be limited by applicable law. For example, RPP may retain information needed to complete a transaction, provide a requested service, detect security incidents, comply with legal obligations, maintain tax records, resolve disputes, or exercise legal rights.
8.0 Request Routing for Referrers vs. Consumers
- Referrers. Referrers (account holders such as plumbers, HVAC professionals, and other trades) may submit privacy rights requests directly to RPP, and RPP will handle those requests internally.
- Consumers/Homeowners. Consumers and homeowners whose information was submitted by a Referrer should direct privacy rights requests to the Restoration Company that received their lead, because RPP processes that information on behalf of and at the direction of that Restoration Company. If a homeowner submits a request to RPP at Info@RestorePartnerPro.com, RPP will forward the request to the receiving Restoration Company and notify the requester of the referral.
8.1 California Residents
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), including:
- The right to know and access personal information collected, used, disclosed, or retained;
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information;
- The right to delete personal information, subject to exceptions;
- The right to obtain portable personal information;
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information;
- The right to opt out of cross-context behavioral advertising;
- The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information;
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising CCPA/CPRA rights; and
- The right to opt out of certain profiling or automated decision-making where applicable.
RPP does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Accordingly, there is no sale or targeted-advertising activity to opt out of, but California residents may still submit an opt-out request or use an applicable universal opt-out signal.
RPP does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.
8.2 Texas Residents
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (“TDPSA”) provides applicable Texas residents with rights that may include access, correction, deletion, data portability, and the ability to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.
RPP will process applicable Texas privacy requests in accordance with the TDPSA and other applicable law.
8.3 Other State Privacy Laws
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights. RPP will apply rights and obligations required by the law applicable to the individual and the relevant processing activity.
8.4 How to Submit a Request
You may submit a privacy request (including access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out requests) by emailing Info@RestorePartnerPro.com.
Please identify the type of request and provide enough information for RPP to evaluate and respond to it.
8.5 Verification
RPP may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Verification may include confirming information associated with your account, responding to a verification email, signing into your account, or providing other information reasonably necessary to confirm that you are the person about whom RPP holds information.
RPP will not require you to create an account solely to submit a privacy request. RPP will not request sensitive information for verification unless reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, RPP may require:
- Proof that the agent has your written authorization;
- Verification of your identity; and
- Information reasonably necessary to verify the agent’s authority.
8.6 Response Times
RPP will respond to a verified privacy request within forty-five (45) days. If additional time is needed, RPP will notify you of an extension as permitted by applicable law.
If RPP declines to take action, RPP will explain the reason for the denial and provide information about how to appeal where required.
8.7 Appeals
If RPP denies all or part of a privacy request, you may appeal by replying to RPP’s decision notice.
Your appeal will be routed to an administrator within the Services. RPP will review the appeal and provide a decision within ten (10) business days. RPP will inform you of the outcome by responding using the same communication channel used to deliver the decision notice (for example, by email to the email address associated with your request), unless applicable law requires a different method.
If your appeal is denied, RPP will provide information about how to contact the applicable state attorney general or privacy regulator where required by law.

9. Data Retention
RPP uses a tiered retention approach designed to retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and to comply with legal, tax, accounting, contractual, and dispute-resolution requirements.
- Hot storage. RPP retains information for active accounts and up to twenty-four (24) months of historical records in active systems accessible through the Services.
- Cold storage. Records older than twenty-four (24) months may be moved to cold or offline backup storage. These records remain retained but generally require a manual search to retrieve.
- Hard deletion. Records are permanently deleted only after the applicable statutory retention period has expired and no legal hold applies.
In setting retention periods, RPP considers criteria such as: (i) the duration of the account relationship; (ii) tax and accounting requirements; (iii) dispute resolution; and (iv) enforcement of agreements.
Minimum retention periods and category guidance include:
- Federal tax and information return records. Federal tax and information return records, including Forms 1099 and supporting referral and payment records, are retained for at least four (4) years from the applicable due date.
- Account information. Account information is retained for the duration of the account plus an additional period to cover applicable limitation periods.
- Lead and referral records. Lead and referral records are retained as needed for payment, tax reporting, and dispute resolution.
- Consumer information. Consumer information is retained for the period agreed in the applicable Restoration Company contract.
When RPP receives a deletion request, RPP will delete personal information from active systems to the extent required by applicable law and subject to applicable exceptions. RPP may retain certain records in cold storage or otherwise as required or permitted by law, including for tax, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes.
10. Data Security
RPP uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
Safeguards may include access controls, authentication measures, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, vendor controls, security procedures, and incident-response practices.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. RPP cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed through a security incident.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping account credentials confidential;
- Using strong and unique passwords;
- Not sharing account credentials;
- Using secure devices and networks;
- Logging out of shared devices; and
- Promptly notifying RPP if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for Restoration Companies, Referrers, business users, Consumers, and adults. The Services are not directed to children under 18 years of age.
RPP does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to RPP, please contact us at Info@RestorePartnerPro.com.
If RPP learns that it has collected personal information directly from a child under 18 without legally required authorization, RPP will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12. Account Access and Your Choices
12.1 Restoration Companies and Referrers
Restoration Companies and Referrers may review or update certain account information by signing into the Services and accessing account or profile settings.
You may also contact RPP to request correction or deletion of account information. Deleting information may affect the ability to maintain an account, receive referrals, process payments, issue tax forms, or use certain Services.
12.2 Consumers
Consumers may contact the Restoration Company that received their referral to ask questions about how the Restoration Company uses the Consumer’s information or to exercise rights relating to the Restoration Company’s independent processing.
RPP processes Consumer information on behalf of and at the direction of the receiving Restoration Company. Consumers and homeowners whose information was submitted by a Referrer should direct privacy rights requests to the Restoration Company that received their lead. If a Consumer submits a request to RPP at Info@RestorePartnerPro.com, RPP will forward the request to the receiving Restoration Company and notify the requester of the referral.
12.3 Communications
You may opt out of promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in the communication or contacting RPP. You may continue to receive transactional, security, account, legal, and other service-related communications.
13. International Data Transfers

Those countries may have data-protection laws different from the laws of your country or state. By using the Services or providing information, you acknowledge that information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries, subject to applicable legal requirements and contractual safeguards.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
RPP may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When RPP makes material changes, RPP will provide notice as required by law, which may include posting the revised Privacy Policy on the website, updating the effective date, providing an in-platform notice, or sending an email or other communication to affected users.
The revised Privacy Policy will become effective on the date stated at the beginning of the revised policy unless a different effective date is required by law.
